Shipping Information

Organic Cannabis offers free next business day shipping to California patients on orders that total $75 or more. Saturday delivery requires a minimum order of $100 for free delivery. For orders under $75, shipping is a flat $14 fee for next business day and $18 for Saturday delivery.

 

Our general cut-off time for next business day delivery is 6:30 p.m., but certain rural locations and anywhere north of Sacramento have a 5:00 p.m. cut-off. These locations include the Sierra Nevadas and further east, Imperial County, north of Sacramento or north of Santa Rosa, Lake Tahoe, and areas near the California border of Arizona and Nevada.

 

Orders placed anytime before cut-off on Monday-Thursday will arrive the following business day. Shipments usually arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., but delivery may be later or earlier depending on the routing the drivers use. Packages arriving very early in the morning will generally be placed at your door without a knock. Any orders placed after 6:30 p.m. will be shipped as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee your order will arrive the following day.

 

Saturday Delivery: If you submit an order totaling $100 or more on Friday, we will deliver it on Saturday for free. Certain remote locations do not have the option of free Saturday delivery, and we will contact you if this is the case. Saturday delivery on orders less than $100 cost $18, and you must check the box at checkout to confirm that you want Saturday delivery. If you do not request Saturday delivery for an order under $100, it will be delivered the next business day.

 

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will usually be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  Please contact us at info@organiccannabis.com or 1-877-768-3354 with any questions about when your order will arrive.

 

Holidays: Organic Cannabis will be closed on January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 25th. Deliveries that might normally take place on those days will be delayed to the following business day. Orders placed on these holidays may also be delayed by one business day in their arrival.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund using the process below:

*Any product can be returned or exchanged for store credit for any reason within 30 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the unworn product (in original plastic wrapping) along with a completed return form (below). We will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar item (based on items availability).

1. Fill out the Return Authorization Request Form Below. Please note all required fields.

2. Once we have received your return request, our customer service team will review your submission.

3. Upon review, we will inform you by email of the status of your request. All returns should be sent according to the instructions in your confirmation email. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.

4. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
Articles will not be accepted if:
– It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
– You have attempted to reassemble the product once broken

* You may send all return items thru a shipper of your choice (USPS/UPS/FEDEX). 
* We suggest that you include delivery/receipt confirmation service to ensure receipt of your item.
